Breathwork
Deep Breaths with Louie
Join Caroline and Louie the Therapy Dog for a 60-minute breathwork experience focused on stress relief and deep relaxation. Be guided through an exploration of your breath, focusing on a long, slow and deep breathwork technique combined with breath retentions. Finishing with time to reflect and journal before you float back into the rest of your day.
Yoga mats will be provided, please bring a water bottle and a journal, pen and blanket if you wish.

Christmas Lunch
The festive season is upon us, and how great would it be to get together to celebrate. We have booked a table at the Southport Yacht Club, and we would love for you all to join us. Some of you have not even met yet, so this will be a lovely time to get to know each other, and for others a great excuse to see each other before the silly season is in full swing.We hope you can make it, we are really looking forward to getting everybody together.

$25 for a burger and fries with $10 from each meal donated to our charity supporting cancer patients on the Gold Coast and Tweed.
